Each individual may hold only one registered account on 32betpkr. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

32betpkr reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functionality and restrict gameplay on any account pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days of the initial request may result in account closure.

All monetary transactions on 32betpkr are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment accounts registered in your own name. 32betpkr will not process transactions to or from third-party accounts. Any such attempt will result in the reversal of the transaction and may trigger an account review.
32betpkr reserves the right to apply a processing fee on withdrawals that are made within 24 hours of a deposit where no wagering activity has occurred. This policy exists to prevent payment processing abuse.
32betpkr offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, which form part of this Agreement by incorporation. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
General bonus conditions applicable to all 32betpkr promotional offers include:
32betpkr actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated wagering by related accounts, low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet requirements without genuine play risk, and exploitation of technical errors. Where abuse is detected, 32betpkr will void the bonus, related winnings, and may close the account without notice.
All bets and wagers placed on 32betpkr are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category — Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, and Instant Games. These product-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the platform and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
With respect to sports betting, the following general principles apply:
For casino games and slots, all outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee outcomes on any individual session or bet.

32betpkr's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the platform in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
32betpkr does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. We accept no liability for losses arising from:
32betpkr collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is published at 32betpkr.app/privacy-policy and is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering on 32betpkr, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We collect personal data including your name, CNIC number, contact details, payment information, and gameplay history for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and platform improvement. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Your data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law. All third-party processors are contractually bound to process your data only for specified purposes and in accordance with applicable data protection standards.
You may close your 32betpkr account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team. Account closure will be processed within five (5) business days, provided there are no pending withdrawals, open bets, or outstanding KYC requirements. Any remaining balance will be refunded to your verified payment method following standard withdrawal processing timelines.
32betpkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

Your continued use of the 32betpkr platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and submit a closure request as described in Section 12. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the platform's operating jurisdiction. Where informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of written notice of a dispute, either party may escalate the matter. 32betpkr commits to engaging in good faith with any legitimate player complaint and to providing a written response within a reasonable timeframe.
Nothing in this section limits your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory law, nor does it restrict 32betpkr from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where necessary to protect its legitimate interests, including in cases of suspected fraud or intellectual property infringement.
